We have actively pursued Brokers throughout the nation who have provided exemplary services to flat fee clients in the past. Although FlatFeeAmerica.com does not regulate the activities of these Brokers, they are held to a high standard of service in order to be a part of the Network Affiliation.

There are hundreds of Multiple Listing Services (MLS) dotted throughout the United States. Each has it's own procedures and policies. Any broker that is licensed in any particular state and belongs to a Multiple Listing Service, must operate under the laws of that state and the regulations of the MLS. There are no laws that govern fees that a broker charges you for the services provided. Our affiliates charge between $400 and $700 to list your property in the MLS. Because of the differences in market trends and/or procedures and regulations each Broker may include other services for this fee or offer additional services for an additional fee.
